By accessing and using DomaWorks ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

DomaWorks is an Edge-AI domain management platform that provides:

• AI-powered content generation for domains
• Visual design studio with templates
• Domain cross-promotion network (LinkSites)
• Monetization tools and analytics
• Edge computing infrastructure

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Create content that is defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory

You retain ownership of your domains. DomaWorks provides management services including:

• DNS configuration and management
• SSL certificate provisioning
• Content deployment via edge infrastructure
• Analytics and performance monitoring

You are responsible for maintaining valid domain registrations and ensuring proper authorization for domains you add to our platform.

Our AI content generation service is provided "as is." You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content
• We do not guarantee the originality of AI-generated content
• You should verify facts and claims in generated content
• Generated content should comply with applicable laws and regulations

If you choose a paid subscription:

• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• You authorize us to charge your payment method

The DomaWorks platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Chaos Theory Studios LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on our platform

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Make updates and improvements
• Experience temporary outages
• Modify or discontinue features

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomaWorks and Chaos Theory Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DomaWorks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• You may export your data within 30 days
• We may delete your account and data after 30 days
• Domain configurations will be removed

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Chaos Theory Studios LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
